Patterson Campaign Releases New Statewide Television Ad – “Mom Was A Strong Texas Woman”

December 6, 2013

AUSTIN – Today, Texas Land Commissioner and conservative Republican candidate for Lieutenant Governor, Jerry Patterson announced the launch of a statewide television campaign commercial titled “Mom Was A Strong Texas Woman.”

The ad focuses upon the traditional, conservative Texas values that Patterson learned growing up in Texas, and how they are critical to success in public office. The ad will be running throughout major markets in Texas on Fox News.

In announcing the release of the television ad, Patterson stated: “I’m proud of my strong Texas heritage, and of the conservative values that I learned growing up in the Lone Star State. My Mom taught me to tell the truth, have no fear and never back down from the fight.”

Patterson continued, “As a parent and as a Republican leader in Texas, I have worked tirelessly to preserve those values and pass those traits on to the next generation. As our next Lieutenant Governor, I’ll never back down in the fight for liberty and freedom.”

(Jerry Patterson) My mom Georgia was born in 1923. She knew hard times. She was a strong Texas woman. My Mom taught me to tell the truth, have no fear and never back down from the fight.

I’m Jerry Patterson. I’m running for Lieutenant Governor because those traits in public office will serve Texas well. At the end of the day, win or lose, I want to be able to look back and say one thing – that I made my mom proud.
